Return & Refund Policy

At PawStride™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, not intentionally damaged or misused, and returned in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds.
